Reasons for Termination

Elly Roselle, as owner/originator of Core Belief Engineering Ltd. and Chief Instructor of the College of Core Belief Engineering, has the right to revoke certification of any Student, Alumnus/a, Intern Practitioner, Associate Practitioner, Certified Practitioner, Master Practitioner, Certified Evaluator, CBE Basic Instructor, or Senior Instructor with the College of Core Belief Engineering and withdraw any linkage between Core Belief Engineering Ltd. and said individual should:

  1. Any Student, Alumnus/a, Intern Practitioner, Associate Practitioner, Certified Practitioner, Master Practitioner, Certified Evaluator, CBE Basic Instructor or Senior Instructor teach or practice Core Belief Engineering processes, techniques and methodologies separate from the complete body of knowledge under any other name or guise;
  2. Any Student, Intern Practitioner, Alumnus/a, Associate Practitioner or Certified Practitioner who willfully instructs Core Belief Engineering principles, techniques and methodologies to any other organizations or individual for profit without being trained and certified as a CBE Instructor by the College of Core Belief Engineering;
  3. Any CBE Instructor of the Core Belief Engineering Basic Course, the Core Belief Engineering Practitioner Intensive Course, the Core Belief Engineering Advanced Courses, the Core Belief Engineering Tutorial/Evaluation and Professional Tutorial / Review private courses, the Core Belief Instructors Course or any subsequent courses developed who does not remit agreed upon percentages, namely ten (10) per cent of gross revenues collected (excluding taxes collected), to Core Belief Engineering Ltd., as royalties, will no longer be permitted to use the Core Belief Engineering name, signs, trademarks or to teach Core Belief Engineering courses under the same name or the guise of any other name;
  4. Any Student, Intern Practitioner, Alumnus/a, Associate Practitioner, Certified Practitioner, Master Practitioner, Certified Evaluator, CBE Basic Instructor or Senior Instructor conducting business under the name of Core Belief Engineering and contravenes the ethics of relationship established by Core Belief Engineering between Practitioner and client, including, but not restricted to:
    • Breach of confidentiality,
    • sexual liaison with clients,
    • practicing or teaching Core Belief Engineering while under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering substances,
    • the use of Core Belief Engineering to obtain confidential client information for purposes of business gain or harm,
    • using information gained from confidential interaction with the client for personal gain or harm

Termination Protocol

  • The student will have had a private meeting with their Instructor to discuss the student’s behavior with the goal of reaching an amicable resolution. If this is not possible then the following procedure will be carried out:
  • The student will have been evaluated at least once prior to dismissal and before 30% of the course duration.
  • Written notice of dismissal will be given to the student by the College stating the reasons and requesting the immediate return of all manuals and teaching materials supplied by the college.
  • The student will be required to acknowledge receipt of the letter.
  • A copy of the letter will be retained by the college in the student’s permanent file.

Termination Outcomes

In the event that association is terminated between the College of Core Belief Engineering and any Student, Alumnus/a, Intern Practitioner, Associate Practitioner, Certified Practitioner, Master Practitioner, Certified Evaluator, CBE Basic Instructor or Senior Instructor for whatsoever reason, all materials belonging to Core Belief Engineering, including, but not restricted to, manuals, recordings, and materials used in the practice or teaching of Core Belief Engineering will be returned to Core Belief Engineering Ltd. Head Office forthwith, and the individual will cease immediately to practice Core Belief Engineering processes, and/or to teach Core Belief Engineering copyrighted materials, and/or to advertise or promote himself/herself as a Core Belief Engineering Intern, Associate, Certified or Master Practitioner, Certified Evaluator, CBE Basic Instructor or Senior Instructor.

Entitlement to a Review

In all cases, students or practitioners who have their enrollment or professional standing in the program terminated for not meeting achievement requirements, continued disruptive behavior in the classroom, misconduct, copyright infringement, (see a-d above) or non payment of fees, may request a review. The College will engage an impartial third party agreed to by CCBE and the student to conduct the review. The decision of the reviewer shall be final and binding on both the college and the student.
