Dispute Resolution Policy

Any complaints from clients or students that are not successfully dealt with in direct interaction with the Intern Practitioner, Alumnus/a, Associate Practitioner, Certified Practitioner, Master Practitioner, Certified Evaluator, CBE Basic Instructor, or Senior Instructor must be referred directly to Elly Roselle, founder, owner and Chief Instructor at Core Belief Engineering Ltd. Head Office or Senior Instructor, Richard Thibodeau in Quebec within five (5) days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through discussion and negotiation must be submitted in writing to Core Belief Engineering Head Office for official consideration within ten (10) days. If at any time the dispute involves the Chief Instructor then a suitable third party, accepted by both the student and CCBE is selected within a further 10 days. The third party then becomes a mediator with the authority to solve the dispute or recommend Arbitration within 20 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of all parties will be referred within thirty-five (35) days to the Better Business Bureau for mediation (and arbitration if necessary).
